Differential compounds of licorice before and after honey roasted and anti-arrhythmia mechanism <i>via</i> LC-MS/MS and network pharmacology analysis

Licorice is mainly used to treat cough in clinics. After being roasted with honey, licorice has a cardiac protective effect. Due its different sources, the chemical components are also diverse. To distinguish compounds between three sources of raw (RL) and honey-roasted (HRL), UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS method was established. Eighteen batches samples were analyzed which derived from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch., inflata Bat., glabra L. In addition, potential key pathways HRL anti-arrhythmia explored by network pharmacology. Among RL, 77 differential detected positive ion mode; 62 negative mode, 21 both modes. Twenty-nine identified before after G. 51 17 receptively. The pharmacological analysis predicted that Rap1, Ras, PI3K-Akt, cAMP signaling pathway might be closely related mechanism HRL. This study provides theoretical reference for quality improvement clinical application licorice.
